Did I say Doomsday? I really meant my return to Australia. xD

I am dying of boredom at home!! I have no materials to work on props at home.
Urgh. I can't even find masking tape. RAWR.

Stuff I gotta do before I go back.

1. Make meat for Luffy - wooden stick, red + brown paint
2. Make steak for Luffy - red + brown paint, cardboard
3. Get craft foam to make wings for Finn Fish
4. Buy tape. LOTS AND LOTS OF MASKING TAPE. Urgh.
5. Fabric for Mulan. Lots and lots of silk plus brocade. D=
6. Red fabric for skirt

Not only that.. >_> I want to get L4D2 before I go back. xD

Friday evening is L4D2 night at the lan shop with BFF1 and her BF, or maybe it might before L4D2 night at the BF's house again. HAHAHA.
Thursday morning is helping out BFF2 at her office's fundraising food fair.
I'm gonna learn how to make desserts like.. THIS!


Thank god I live so close to Orchard. I think I'm gonna head down to town now and get most of the stuff today.

WOOH Fun times

Went over to the bestie's place for dinner and a sleepover. Was introduced to the best comedy series after "How I Met Your Mother"... "THE BIG BANG THEORY". Oh my god. Talk about geekdom at its best! The series is hilarious and awesome! I'm so gonna get the rest of the series off Sandie now.

Melvin came over with his laptop after I found out he had L4D2 and practically begged him to bring it. xD Played multiplayer with Sand and Mel but then gave up halfway because Sandie's internet connection was so bad.

In the end we moved the sleepover to Melvin's house where the connection was so much better.

OHMYGOD. I can now see what the whole L4D2 craze is all about. It's EPIC AWESOME!!!

Should I get L4D2??? Y/N? Hahaha..

Also, I just started playing Diablo II again! xD Talk about Old School. xD
I seriously cannot afford to get addicted to computer games again though. D=

Yeah yeah, obligatory New Year post.

I think it's obvious to everyone that 2009 was a wonderful year for me.
- I finally lived out my long awaited dream of becoming a teacher.
- I survived a whole year of teaching in an Australian school which taught me so many things.
- My students and colleagues and the expectations of being a teacher have put me through both an emotional and mentally grueling journey that I wholeheartedly appreciate.
- I met my childhood TV crush Dante Basco, I made Karl Urban laugh and gave Seth Green my signature and photo.

Why do I think 2010 will be nasty to me?
- I just found out that my youngest brother has a girlfriend. Which makes me the very last one in the family to still be single. Urgh. All 3 of them are on their what.. 2nd or 3rd relationships already. Me? Pffft. I think I can probably settle for being the old maid of the family. LOL.
- Mum was nagging at me about the subjects I'm teaching next year and then basically told me to stop being all "HeeheeHaha" with my students and be more serious. I am quite disappointed AND insulted that my mother would think so poorly of my teaching. Really Mum. Some time I can really hate you.
- My time table is horrible and I am going to be working closely with a colleague who does nothing but bum preparation off others. I can just see him running to me every single time he does not prepare for his lessons. Grr.
- My lack of romance novels I get immersed in. Usually I can borrow up to 6 novels, now I'm lucky enough to find 1. Sigh. Where have all the good romance novels gone. D=

Anyway, hope you all had a great new year's celebration. I'm having a belated celebration over at my best friend's house tonight. Hahaha. I can already forsee a night of horror/zombie movies with Huiwen and bitching about Sandie's choice of sappy romantic movies. LOL. And Melvin will just sit aside with no comment. Hahaha.

Besties. Gotta love them.

What did you guys get for Christmas?

Regrettably my family does not really celebrate Christmas anymore, as in present exchanges and all. Hahaha.

All I got was $60 from my cousin as payment for a present I got for him, $20 of which was paid in coins. FREAKING COINS. LOL.

Anywho, and I have been having so much fun with and . And the other day we went to visit and in their hotel room and made epic cosplay plans for next year perhaps? Hahaha. OLDSCHOOLFTW!!!!! XD

EoY is tomorrow! Hope everyone is ready.
